We are Luminarium AI Ltd, a consultancy based in the UK. Our website address is www.luminarium.ai. This policy explains what personal data this website handles and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we collect the details you type: your name, email address, company (if given) and message. If you ask to receive the monthly State of AI digest, we keep your email address for that single purpose. Beyond those two cases we do not ask you for personal data, though our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are sent to us as email, delivered through Resend, our email provider, which processes your message on our behalf and is based in the United States; that transfer relies on the safeguards in its data processing terms. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and for any conversation that follows. The only list we keep is the monthly digest, which you join by asking and leave by replying to any edition; we do not add you to it otherwise, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it lives and how long we keep it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry emails live in our business email system. We keep correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to a live or potential engagement, and we delete it on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data badly.
