A two-week engineering assessment

The team first brought us in to support their internal AI hackathon in mid-2025; the assessment followed. It took two weeks at a fixed price. Fifteen people across engineering, product and solutions sat AI-facilitated interviews, agentic analysis read the codebase, and before anything was delivered a fact-check pass verified more than 500 AI-generated claims against the actual code, correcting or cutting the ones that did not hold up. The team came away with a clear-eyed view of their engineering practice and a three-phase roadmap, each phase gated on the previous one showing value, and has since leaned further into agentic development.

AI lead enrichment at production scale, 2024

Built by Luminarium's founding team in 2024, before Luminarium existed: an AI lead enrichment system using search and language models, integrated directly with Salesforce. It enriched 1.2 million leads at roughly 3p per lead against the 30-40p of commercial data providers, a 90 per cent cost reduction, and went from concept to production-ready in four weeks.
